Torre Bisenzio has completed the construction of a new cantina in a rebuilt farm house on the estate. The new building has many environmental sustainable features such as air to heat/cooling system, solar panels and water recycling. The new cantina will allow for the expanded production form the recent planting of additional vineyards, capacity for larger amphora tanks and an elegant tasting room.
