The villa is unbelievably beautiful, clean and well equipped . Sabina is just great, she came on time and maintained the villa as a villa like this should be. She also helped us with good visit tips around. For many years we usually book a villa for our family vacation, this one was the best! What can I say about Casa Bassa? It’s a little piece of Heaven! We stayed there during our summer holiday in August 2011 and it gave us everything we wanted from a holiday; peace and quiet in a beautiful setting but close enough to interesting places to visit and sightsee (a car is a must). The farmhouse itself is gorgeous with every mod con catered for as well as beautifully landscaped gardens, balcony terrace (with stunning panoramic views), patios and pool area. It’s an hour’s drive from Florence and about 1.5 hours from Rome so there are plenty of interesting and wonderful places to visit as well as a local town 10 mins away for buying food and other essentials. Would we go back? Definitely, we booked for 2012 before we left!

I just wanted to emphasize that we were very very satisfied with our stay at Casa Bassa. We have selected various stunning catered top-level locations during the past few years in Tuscany and Umbria for our company’s yearly partners retreat, and torre bisenzio clearly tops our list. Although our previous locations might have scored a bit better in terms of scenery and interior design, Torre Bisenzio completely surpasses all other venues with its flawless and hospitable service. Your follow-up prior to our arrival was flawless. And Sabina’s (and Cynthia’s) assistance during our stay were pure perfection: genuine, superfriendly, always ready for an extra (s)mile, and subtle when they realized we were engaged in serious discussions. You have two gems on board, and they are definitely the main reason why it is very likely that we will return next year! Thanks again and hope to see you next year!

We just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for our lovely stay at Casa Basa at the beginning of August. The villa is so beautiful and well looked after, and we had endless fun games in the pool! Sabina was super at looking after us, and couldn’t have been more ready to help. Terms & Conditions
1. Maximum occupancy – 12 people
2. Minimum number of days 7 during peak season, minimum 4 days for other periods
3. Check-in and Check-out on Saturdays during peak season
4. Cleaning staff – includes 2 cleaners Monday to Friday for 3 hours (& Saturday if 2 weeks’ or longer stay).
5. Change of towels on Wednesday. Change of towels and bedlinen on Saturday for 2 weeks or longer stay.
6. Swimming pool heating not included. (Cost approximately euro 300 – 600 per week). Pool heating is not available in the
winter between mid-October to end of March.
7. Check-in between 4pm and 7pm; check out before 10am
8. Tourism Tax – €1.50 per day per guest over 10 years old
