Terms & Conditions
1. Maximum occupancy – 16 people.
2. Minimum number of days – 7.
3. Check-in and Check-out on Saturdays during peak season May to September.
4. Includes daily cleaning with 2 part-time cleaners (Monday to Friday 9am-1pm & Saturday if 2 weeks’ or longer stay).
5. Includes continental breakfast Monday to Friday 08:30 – 10:30, Saturday 08:30 – 10:00 (please note no Sunday service).
6. Change of towels and bed linen on Wednesday (& Saturday if 2 weeks’ or longer stay).
7. Swimming pool heating not included (cost approximately euro 350 – 600 per week). Pool heating is not available in the winter between mid-October to end of March.
8. Check-in between 4pm and 7pm; check out before 10am.
9. Tourism Tax – €1.50 per day per guest over 10 years old, payable only for the first 4 nights.
