Check-in must be on a Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights. Prices shown are on a weekly basis. Villa Torre Bisenzio is closed for winter season, but could be made available upon request.

4. Includes daily cleaning with 2 part-time cleaners (Monday to Friday 9am-1pm & Saturday if 2 weeks’ or longer stay) and 1
Villa Manager (Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm & Saturday 9am-1pm if 2 weeks’ or longer stay). The Villa Manager might also
be in the villa in the afternoon to deal with Villa maintenance issues.
5. Includes continental breakfast service only Monday to Saturday (not cost of ingredients)
6. Change of towels and bed linen on Wednesday (& Saturday if 2 weeks’ or longer stay)
7. Swimming pool heating not included (cost approximately euro 350 – 600 per week). Pool heating is not available in the
winter between mid-October to end of March.
8. Check-in between 4pm and 7pm; check out before 10am
9. Tourism Tax – €1.50 per day per guest over 10 years old
