Scopri come i nostri vini biologici e biodinamici sono prodotti con vitigni autoctoni su un terroir composto da argilla sedimentaria, sabbie ghiaiose e limo alluvionale con fossili marini, che 4 milioni di anni fa erano sotto il mare. Camminerai attraverso i nostri vigneti, dove spiegheremo come lavoriamo in armonia con il suolo e le viti, per mantenere la nostra certificazione biologica/biodinamica e la differenza che ciò comporta alla qualità delle uve. Un tour della nostra nuova cantina ti aiuterà a meglio comprendere come trasformiamo l’uva in vino e la varietà di tecniche che utilizziamo, tra cui la fermentazione a grappolo intero e le nostre vasche ad anfora. Ti mostreremo anche come utilizziamo alcune tecniche di tecnologia della viticoltura di precisione. Alla fine di questo tour, potrai godere del magnifico panorama dalla terrazza, assaggerai i nostri vini e olio d’oliva abbinati a prodotti locali.

Tempo permettendo, effettueremo la degustazione sulla terrazza della nostra nuovissima sala degustazione, con una vista mozzafiato su Umbria e Toscana, compresa una veduta unica sui calanchi locali. In caso di tempo non ideale, la degustazione si terrà all’interno, con una bellissima vista panoramica su Cetona e Città della Pieve.

  We had such a great time at Torre Bisenzio! Sabina was an amazing host — super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the wines and the area. She also makes delicious carbonara! The tasting itself was relaxed and fun, and every wine we tried was delicious. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a stylish, welcoming space inside.   We had such a lovely time! Vanessa was incredibly charismatic and shared so much interesting information about the domain and the wines. The wines were absolutely delightful – especially the Ambris, which was our favorite! Lunch was also excellent and beautifully prepared.

  Had the most spectacular tasting at Torre Bisenzio! We made the mistake of not making a reservation and were still welcomed with open arms to the beautiful tasting room, and got to taste their fantastic wines. Il personale è stato gentile, professionale e preparatissimo, fin dal primo momento ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La passione e la competenza con cui ci hanno raccontato ogni vino hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più coinvolgente.
I vini sono eccellenti, accompagnati da una selezione curata di prodotti locali e di loro produzione.

  Un'oasi di pace e silenzio vicino a Orvieto. Cena con degustazione di un ottimo livello con musica e tante risate.
Il posto è stupendo, peccato che era sera, altrimenti avrei potuto godere del panorama che mi hanno detto essere molto bello.
Facilmente raggiungibile e con un grande parcheggio.

  Wow where do i begin, This is one of the best winery we have visited while we were in Tuscany. The winery was absolutely gorgeous, we have visited it with my fiance during our trip to Italy. Sabina was our host and she was absolutely amazing, she treated us like family. We got to try variety of wines ( red, white, rose and sparkling wine) , which were honestly some of the best wines we had. The food is freshly made onsite, we had so many cheeses, cold cuts, eggplant parmesan , home made jams and burrata , authentic home made pasta with ragout, picci pasta with fresh shaved truffles , was some of the best food we had in all of Italy.
